Yankees-Brewers game Saturday delayed by rain

The second game of the series between the Yankees and Milwaukee Brewers on Saturday afternoon has been delayed due to inclement weather.

“Today’s game is officially in a rain delay,” The Yankees announced at 2:04 p.m., one minute before the scheduled start time. “We will provide you with more information as it becomes available.”

The club announced a tentative 4:40 p.m. start time.

Right-hander Michael King (4-5, 2.88 ERA) was the scheduled starter for the Yankees with Milwaukee starting left-hander Wade Miley (7-3, 3.33 ERA).

The pregame ceremonies for the 75th Yankees Old-Timers Day were not interrupted by the weather.
