“Jack is grateful that the case has been solved and is looking forward to playing football,” Scapicchio he told garafolo.

“The Commonwealth asserts that, consistent with its standard of review in all cases, it has thoroughly reviewed all the evidence in this case and has determined that it cannot be proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Mr. Jones knew that He had the firearms in his bag. at the time of the incident,” the district attorney said in a court filing, according to Mason.

The NFL could still discipline Jones through its personal conduct policy even if he has not been convicted of a crime. Therefore, it is still unknown if Jones will be available for the team’s Week 1 game against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday at Gillette Stadium.

Either way, this result is great news for Jones and the Patriots.
